Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase of our Financial Consulting Services. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Qualifying Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund, clients must provide evidence that the service did not meet the agreed-upon terms or expectations as outlined in the service contract. This includes:
- Failure to deliver the promised consulting services.
- Unsatisfactory performance that is documented and communicated.
Cancellation Procedure
Clients wishing to cancel their services must notify us in writing via email or phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation to avoid any cancellation fees.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued based on the services rendered up to the point of cancellation. The amount will be determined based on the percentage of services completed.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items/services are non-refundable:
- Consulting sessions that have already been conducted.
- Customized financial reports or analysis that have been delivered.
- Any services provided outside of the initial agreement without prior written consent.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
